Install steps

Install the Dep Casino app on your Android phone

You will have the Android file on your phone, approved once, opened and closed over cleanly.

A finished download

Open your Android browser and choose the download button on the Dep Casino site. Watch the file name end in .apk and let it finish before you touch anything.

One prompt, then done

Tap the downloaded file and Android asks once whether this browser may install apps. Allow it for this source only, then continue.

Tap Install, then Open

Press Install, then Open once the bar fills and the Dep Casino icon appears with the rest of your apps.

A tidier phone after install

Return to the browser and switch that install permission back off. Leaving it on keeps the door open longer than the one install needs.

Dep Casino puts limits in your pocket

Every limit you switch on with Dep Casino carries over to the app, so the phone in your hand is as protected as the browser at home. If play stops feeling like play, Gambling Helpline New Zealand, Problem Gambling Foundation and Gamblers Anonymous New Zealand are a call away.

Self-exclusion. Closes your access to the casino for a period you choose, across the app and the site.

Time-out periods. Takes a break for a set stretch, then lets you back in when it ends.

Loss limits. Caps what you can lose or how long you stay in one session.

Four quick taps

Dep Casino fits iOS 16 and newer

Whether your iPhone or iPad is new enough, and what the App Store asks of you.

Before the download, a version check

Search the App Store for Dep Casino and check the developer name before you tap. The listing shows version 4.8.2, so an older one means you have the wrong entry.

Press Get, then wait

Tap Get and confirm with your Apple ID as usual. The download runs to 67 MB, so stay on Wi-Fi if your data is tight.

Do I need a new account?

Open the app and sign in with the email address and password you already use. Your balance, games and bonuses are the same account, not a copy.

Decide on alerts later

A prompt asks about notifications after launch. Decline it if you would rather not be nudged, and turn it on later in Settings whenever you choose.

More Than A Bookmark

Dep Casino Brings The Lobby To You

This block settles what the installed Dep Casino app does that a saved page never will.

Full Game Shelf

Scroll all 8,934 games from 72 providers without a single reload, then filter straight to the slot or table you want.

Join A Live Table Now

Dealers stream live to your phone, so you can sit at a real table from the bus, the sofa or the back garden.

Can I Cash Out Here?

Move money with Visa, Skrill, Apple Pay or Google Pay, from the NZ$10 minimum upward, without leaving the app screen.

Alerts On The Lock Screen

Offers and account alerts arrive on your lock screen, so a bonus or a withdrawal approval never waits for you to check.

Install the real app, not a copy

Verified download sources. Dep Casino lives behind one door on Android and one on iPhone. Pull the file from the casino site or Google Play on Android, and App Store on iOS, and nothing else.

Is my data safe in the app?. Dep Casino loads over TLS 1.3 encryption, so what you send between the app and the casino stays closed to anyone in between. That cover applies to logins and payments alike.

What the app asks for. Storage access is expected so the app can keep its files, and it asks for nothing deeper into your phone. It never needs your contacts or your messages.

Licensed versus unlicensed. Dep Casino runs under the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, license ALSI-892609. A licensed operator answers for how it behaves, unlike an unlicensed download claiming the same badge.

Five quick answers

Free to install, paid to sign up

Clears the worry that the app hides a cost or a separate sign-up.

trustDo I need to pay before I install it?+

Nothing in the app costs a cent to get. Dep Casino charges no fee for the file itself, so both the Android build and the iPhone build land on your phone at no charge. Real money only moves once you top up your balance, and the minimum deposit is NZ$10.

trustWhy does the app keep pinging me with offers?+

Dep Casino sends alerts about bonuses and cash-outs unless you say otherwise. Quiet them inside the phone settings for the app, or switch the whole lot off, and your balance and bonus stay exactly as they were. A missing nudge never costs you money.

trustWhat happens when I sign in with my existing details?+

Sign in with the email address and password you already use, and the same balance, games and pending withdrawals appear. There is no second profile to build and no separate wallet, because one account covers the app, the browser and the web app together.

trustWhere does the casino hold its gaming license?+

Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority is the regulator behind the badge on the install screen. Its license, ALSI-892609, sits with Dep Casino LLC, a company registered as 659667 at Bandar Salaam, Mutsamudu. Check the number against the page footer before you trust a copy.

trustWhat if I signed up before installing the app?+

Depends on how you claim it: offers attached to your account follow you into the app. Open the promotions area after signing in and the welcome deal shows there if it was already activated on the website. Nothing needs re-claiming on the phone.

Install Troubles

The App Crashes Or Stalls At Install

You will have a concrete fix for each common install and start failure, in order.

Dep Casino Closes At Launch

A half-finished download or an interrupted update leaves the app closing the moment it opens; you see the splash screen vanish.

Clear the app cache, then reopen

Reinstall from the same source

Dep Casino Install Refused

Android blocks files outside its store by default, so the installer stops with a warning that the source is not allowed.

Allow the one-time source permission

Then tap Install again

Pending Update Won't Land

A new version can fail when storage is short or the old copy is still open, leaving the update stuck at pending.

Free up 67 MB of space

Close the app before updating

Why Won't My Sign-In Work?

Sign-in fails when the email address or password is mistyped; the login screen returns you to the same empty field.

Send a reset link to your email
